Brandon Todd Lipscomb and Joy Marie Phillips Joy Marie Phillips and Brandon Todd Lipscomb, both of Cowpens, will be married December 12 at Grassy Pond Baptist Church in Gaffney.

Miss Phillips is the daughter of Tim and Nita Phillips of Gaffney and granddaughter of Ruth Kendrick, Eckles and Vera Phillips, all of Gaffney, and the late Charles Kendrick. A graduate of Gaffney High School, she is an EMT for American Transmed in Spartanburg.

Mr. Lipscomb is the son of Todd Lipscomb and stepson of Laurie Lipscomb of Cowpens. His mother is Melanie Phillips, also of Cowpens. He is the grandson of Terrell Lipscomb, Charles Phillips, both of Cowpens, the late Violet Lipscomb and the late JoAnne Phillips. A graduate of Broome High School, he is employed by Boysen USA in Gaffney.
