Skyler Cole Heidi, one of the classic stories from childhood, opens at the Gaffney Little Theatre on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7:30 p.m. The show continues through Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m. and closes with a Sunday matinee at 3.

Nineteen cast members bring to life the story of a 10-year-old girl who is passed from relative to relative after the death of her parents. Heidi is taken to Dorfli by her Aunt Dete to live with her grandfather, who is lacking in social skills but blessed with a heart of gold.

Skyler Cole is seen as Heidi, with Ken Holmes, a theatre veteran, as Grandfather. LaDonna White plays the part of Aunt Dete.

The cast also includes Todd Morgan,

Hannah Welch, Zach White, Caroline Morgan, Lewis James, Brenda Cole, Anna Morgan, Bre Surratt, Mikaila Duncan, Mary Carpenter and Allison Conwell.
