SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT - The William E. Foster Jr. Scholarship was awarded to Stephon B. Adams for academic excellence. The $1,500 award was presented by Mary L. Foster, widow of William E. Foster Jr. Adams is a 2009 graduate of Gaffney High School and is attending Gardner Webb University. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Adams of Gaffney. SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT - The William E.
