Break-in reported

A Boiling Springs Highway farm reported a break-in between Sept. 9 and Sept. 10.

According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, someone forced entry to an office building at Lemaster Grain and Cattle Farm in the 700 block and took $50 in cash from the premises. The thief or thieves rummaged through desks but nothing else was reported missing. Theft and damage losses were estimated at $152.
