Joe McKowen, Gina Ellis, Donna and Eddie Foxx and Laura and Johnny Humphries read The Ledger at the Stratosphere Resort in Las Vegas. Rising almost 10,000 feet high, the observation tower is the tallest in the United States. 
Donnie and Pam Smith of Blacksburg took along The Ledger on their Sep. 12 trip to the “Taxpayers March on Washington, D.C.” The rally was attended by taxpayers from every state.
