Services for Cluff E. Dawkins Jr., 77, of 2-B Berkley Apartments, Chandler Drive, husband of Virginia Dawkins, will be held Thursday, Oct. 1 at 3 p.m. at New Mount Zion Baptist Church with Dr. Roger Mason, Dr. Michael A. Bridges, Dr. J. W. Sanders Sr. and the Revs. Bobby Hogue, David Vernon, Lee Byars Jr. and Lawrence Davidson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m.

The family is at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Brenda Dawkins, 112 Carver St.
