GREENVILLE – It's time for "Boo in the Zoo" a truly Spooktacular event for children ages 12 and under, who are invited to trick-or-treat at this safe, nonfrightening Halloween event. Families can visit the “Not Very Scary House," the Greenville Zoo's version of an "unhaunted" house.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and everyone is invited to come in costume. Plastic pumpkins, Halloween bags and sacks may not be carried into the Zoo. Once inside, they will receive a special treat bag.

Dates for the event are Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, 4-8 p.m.; Monday, Oct. 19 and Tuesday, Oct. 20, 5:30-8 p.m. Admission is $5 for children and adults are $3. No credit cards will be accepted; cash and checks only.
