Melissa Pierre-Louis She is a talented singer, he is an award winning songwriter and they will team up to bring high energy worship to Cherokee Avenue Baptist Church's “Sundays on the Avenue’ on Oct. 11 at 6 p.m.

Marc-Arthur Pierre-Louis, fresh from winning the American Bible Society's Scripture Song award with his song "Bless the Memories" recorded on his daughter's album, promises to bring his talent to Gaffney. His daughter Melissa Pierre-Louis will win hearts with the warmth of her voice and contagious love for God and His people.

The two will be joined on the stage by Chris Blanton, songwriter and singer from Athens, Ga., and contemporary artist Lyn Westafer of Cowpens.

The evening promises to be a special one as the performers seek to create memorable moments that will comfort, edify and inspire.
