LOCAL MASONS HONORED – Masons of District 5, which consists of York, Chester, Union and Cherokee counties, observed Prince Hall Day at Bethel Baptist Church on Sept. 27 during morning worship services. The Rev. J.W. Sanders Sr. brought the message. Harold H. McCluney was presented a plaque by Deputy Clyde Rice of District 5 and Worshipful Master Brian Dawkins of Limestone Lodge No. 117 of Cherokee County was honored for his dedication and outstanding leadership to the lodge.
