Tanna Jo Norman Allison, 47, of 127 Cherokee Ridge Drive, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at her residence.

Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Doc Allison Jr. and daughter of the late Elmer Gene Norman and Shelby Muncey Norman. She was formerly employed by Ingles and was a homemaker. Mrs. Allison was a member of Skull Shoals Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Tim Norman of Gaffney.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 15, from 6-8 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.

Services will be held Friday, Oct. 16, at 3 p.m. in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Larry Melton, the Rev. Randy Phillips and Dr. Ed McAbee officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.

The family will be at the residence.
