Ewing completed a big week with a 14-12 victory over Gaffney Middle on Wednesday.

L.J. Peake tossed a pair of touchdowns passes to Cheeseburger Douglas and Johnte Smith. Hyleck Foster also scored on a 2-point conversion.

The Eagle defense did its part by stopping a potential tying 2-point conversion in the waning seconds of the game.

In Monday’s 42-24 win over Granard, Foster ran for four touchdowns and Smith added a pair of rushing touchdowns.
