BLACKSBURG – Elizabeth B. Moss, 94, widow of the Rev. B.P. Moss, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Brookview Healthcare Center.

A Georgia native, she was a daughter of the late Manuel A. and Texie York Baxter Sr. She was a member of Kings Creek Church of God.

Surviving are three daughters, Alleine Hughes of Teachey, N.C., Iva Lee Hernandez and Janette Huskey, both of York; nine grandchildren; 17 greatgrandchildren; seven great- great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Mae Pope of Rock Hill.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 6-8 p.m. at White Columns Funeral Service.

Service will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. at Divine Glory Ministries (former home of Kings Creek Church of God on Mullinax Circle) with the Rev. Gerald Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Kings Creek Church of God Cemetery.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Members of the family will be at their respective homes.
