You can help ‘Send a Kid to Broadway’

An inside yard sale and bake sale benefiting Send a Kid to Broadway, sponsored by the Gaffney Little Theatre and Journey School of the Arts, will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, at the old Brown Furniture Building, 131 E. Frederick St., from 6 a.m. until noon.

There will be clothing, shoes, home decor items, linens, Christmas items, books, a special room of interest to men, toys, antiques, computers and related technological gadgets, tools, etc. Plus-size clothing and large-size shoes have been added.

If you have any of the above to donate to this worthy cause, call Tedi Gibbons, 489-9863, or Karen Lavender, 488-3876, to arrange for pick up. Clothing should be clean, in good repair, and on hangers.
