XI Alpha Delta of Beta Sigma Phi met Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. at the home of Libby Reed. The meeting was called to order by Patty G. Andrews, president. The sisters recited the opening ritual that was followed by the roll call with 14 members present. Minutes were read and approved and the balance in the treasure was reported. All standing committee chairman gave their reports.

Services for November were donations to CHAPS, Meals on Wheels, and Harbor of Hope, which was would reserve two tables at the Miracle Hill Ministries banquet on Nov. 12 at 6 p.m.

A Thanksgiving program was given by Carolyn Jones and Louise Spencer.

The December Christmas party/meeting will be at Kelly’s Steak House on Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. All members, their spouses and/or friends are invited.
