Lindsey Bullock Fowler recently donated about 12 inches of her hair to Locks Of Love, a non-profit organization that makes wigs for children with cancer and other diseases. Lindsey is 10 years old and had been growing her hair for about four years. Kaylee Morgan Waters, a first-year cosmetology student at Cherokee Technology Center, give her little sister a new cut and style. The cosmetology department at CTC is under the direction of Claudia Hammons.
