The Cherokee Historical & Preservation Society, Inc. would like to thank Won Kim and the crew at Fatz of Gaffney for hosting the Pancakes for Preservation breakfast fundraiser for the Cherokee County History & Arts Museum on Saturday, Nov. 7. Over 200 people turned out for the event, being served by historically dressed volunteers and staff. Over $1,500 was raised for the Museum through ticket sales and tips. The giving of time by the Fatz staff and all our volunteers in the planning and initiation of the morning's activities is greatly appreciated and we encourage CHAPS members and locals to show their thanks to Fatz, by visiting the restaurant and expressing their gratitude.
