ROCK HILL – Guy Mullinax, 76, of 670 Annafrel St., passed away Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be private.

A native of Gaffney, Mr. Mullinax was the son of the late Essel and Dessie Mullinax. He was a retiree of the J.P. Stevens Industrial Plant

in Rock Hill, was of the Baptist

faith and

served in the U. S. Air Force.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Soles Cathy.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Parker Mullinax; a son, Ricky Mullinax of Rock Hill; three daughters, Betty Neal of Fort Mill, Shirley Wease of Gaffney and Robin M. Gainey of Catawba; a brother, Grady Mullinax of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Monday, Nov. 22, from 4-5:30 p.m. at The Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 East White St., Rock Hill, and at other times at the home.
