Bethel Senior Day Care Center Inc., 218 Dr. L.M. Rosemond Lane, will offer an H1N1 flu vaccine clinic on Monday, Nov. 30, from 12:30-2:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 1:30-3:30 p.m.; and Thursday, Dec. 3, from 12:30- 2:30 p.m. Appointments must be made by calling 489-7552.

There is no cost to individuals with Medicare and Medicaid documentation. All others will be $4.
