AWARD WINNERS — Cherokee County Communications E-911 recently accepted two S.C. State Awards from the South Carolina Association of Public Safety Communications Officials President Joey Avery. The first award was presented to Shift Supervisor Robert Brackett for the “2009 Supervisor of the Year” and E-911's “C” Crew accepted the “2009 Crew of the Year” award for South Carolina. The awards were presented at the Cherokee County Council meeting Nov. 16. Shown above are Delisa Coggins, E-911 director, Joey Avery, S.C.
