Ann Smith SPARTANBURG – Ann Smith of Gaffney will be licensed into the gospel ministry on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 5 p.m. at New Hope Full Gospel Church, 717 N. Liberty St., where her son, Kirkland Smith, is the senior pastor.
