CHESNEE – Jack Lee Ashcraft, 73, of 404 Jonas Circle, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at his residence.

A native of Clarksburg, W.Va., he was the husband of Carole Anne Wells

Mildred Frush Ashcraft. He was president and co-founder of Carolina Laser Technology, a United States Navy veteran and a Scout Master for BSA Troop No. 186.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Sean Ashcraft and fiancé, Melissa Revels, of Gaffney; a sister, Ann Friskney of Deltona Beach, Fla.; and a brother, Roger Ashcraft of Ohio.
