ROCK HILL – Mary Louise Parker Mullinax, 73, of 670 Annafrel St., passed away Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Guy Mullinax and daughter of the late Johnny A. Parker and Elizabeth Pennington Parker. Mrs. Mullinax was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are a son, Ricky Mullinax of Rock Hill; three daughters, Shirley Wease and husband, Doug, of Gaffney, Betty Neal and husband, Freddie, of Fort Mill and Robin Gainey and husband, Glenn, of Catawba; two brothers, Leslie Parker of Pacolet and James Henry Parker of Gaffney; three sisters, Lonnie Bell Davis, Irene Weaver and Rosie Gibbie, all of Gaffney; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Mullinax was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Soles Cathey.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 13, from 3-4 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home. Services will follow at 4 p.m. in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Connie Hardison officiating.
