Gaffney Rotary Club crowns FB predicting experts

The Gaffney Rotary Club awarded the winners of its 2009 Football Prognosticator event at its weekly meeting Feb. 2.
Club members make preseason predictions for the teams of The Citadel, Clemson, Furman, USC and Wofford with the tie-breaker being a prediction of the score for the Clemson vs. USC game.
Winners were awarded prizes donated by local merchants.
Col. Roy Mathis (ret.) chairs the event. Prognosticators for the teams are: Jim Cook, Citadel; David Parker, Clemson; Dr. Bobby Morrow, Furman; Jim Inman, USC; and Dr. Bill James, Wofford.
The club meets at noon each Tuesday in the Stephenson Conference Center on the Limestone College campus.
