A TASTE OF SCOTLAND – Joe Miller, 80, wore a traditional Scottish kilt Saturday while serving short bread drizzled with chocolate to people attending the annual "Taste of Cherokee" fund raiser at the Broad River Electric Co-Op Auditorium. The shortbread recipe is Miller's great-great grandmother's. Miller, who grew up in Scotland, now lives in Canada and is visiting friends in Cherokee County this week.
