Free computer classes at library

The Cherokee County Public Library is accepting registrations for its next series of public computer classes. These one-session classes are free and open to ages 18 and up.

“Computer Basics” will be taught Wednesday, March 31, from 1-3 p.m. This class is designed for those with little or no computer skills. Participants will get hands-on experience using a computer and mouse.

“Introduction to the Internet,” a basic introductory class on Internet navigation and online resources, will be taught Thursday, April 1, from 1-3 p.m. Participants must have basic computer experience and mouse skills prior to taking this class.

Class size is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Call 864-487-2711 to register.
