Providence Baptist Church, 822 Providence Road, will host a men’s rally on Thursday, March 25. A meal will be served at 6:30 p.m. and there is no charge.

Special music will be presented and the Rev. Jimmy Tarrant will be guest speaker.

Rev. Tarrant has written a book about the isolation of living in the “secret” sin of pornography use. He has more than 25 years’ experience in ministry, having served as a youth minister, campus minister and senior pastor.

Rev. Tarrant and his wife, Connie, have two daughters, Gabrielle and Michaela.

“Jimmy has spoken to many groups, sharing the message of hope for true freedom in Christ,” said Dr. Donnie Padgett, Director of Missions for the Broad River Baptist Association. “His prayer is that true revival will occur as God’s people deal with the hidden issues of their hearts. We hope that churches will bring a van full of men to the rally for this timely message.”
