Lindsay Allen Photography Lisa Jones and Josh Reid Thomas and Phyllis Jones of Gaffney announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa, to Josh Reid, son of Keith and Merica Reid of Blacksburg.

Miss Jones is the granddaughter of Jerrie Keefe of Greenville, Evelyn Jones and Danny Lann of Blacksburg and the late Watson Keefe. Her great-grandmother is Dixie Walker.

The bride-elect graduated from Gaffney High School and is currently a student at Limestone College studying for an associate degree in psychology. She will be leaving September 28 for basic training in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Reid is the son of Lloyd and Joyce Hope of Blacksburg and Everette and Ellen Reid of Mt. Holly, N.C. He graduated from Blacksburg High School and is training for a handyman’s license with Norman’s Handyman.

A September 18 wedding is planned at Overbrook Presbyterian Church in Gaffney.
