Brittany Michelle Martin and Christopher William Howell Tim and Cathi Martin of Gaffney announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Michelle, to Christopher William Howell, son of Bart and Kristie Howell of Gaffney.

Miss Martin is the granddaughter of Dean Blanton, Janette Martin, both of Gaffney, the late Geraldine Blanton and the late Harold Martin.

Mr. Howell is the grandson of Robert and Lois Howell, E.V. and Christine Phillips, all of Gaffney, and the late Howard Smith.

A September wedding is planned.
