COWPENS – Doris Garrick Martin, 71, of 107 Spring Hills Road, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home surrounded by her family.

Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of George Martin and daughter of the late Benford Garrick and Mammie Mullinax Garrick Davis. She was retired from MEMC Electronics, a graduate of Gaffney High School and a member of West End Baptist Church in Gaffney.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Patty Wilds and husband, Scott, of Spartanburg, Paula Willard and husband, Bill, and Pam Coyle and husband, Rick, all of Gaffney; seven grandchildren, Matthew Willard, Ashley Chaney, Jordan Coyle, Catherine Bersaglia, Anthony Bersaglia, Hunter Wilds and Samantha Wilds; and three great-grandchildren, Isaac Mayfield, Drew Chaney and Khloe Bella Willard.

Private services will be held.
