NEW HAIR STYLE BENEFITS LOCKS OF LOVE – Reagan Carr looks at the 10 inches of hair that she had cut recently to donate to Locks of Love. Her new style was created by Amy Ward of Mane Designs. Reagan, 10-year-old daughter of Tommy and Cathy Carr, lives in Concord, N.C. Her grandparents are Thom and Joann Carr and Vicki Roark of Gaffney.
