UCMC volunteers help local charities
The volunteers at Upstate Carolina Medical Center have been busy this summer, raising money to give to local charities.
They have made donations to the Gaffney Soup Kitchen, Indian Hill Baptist Church Food Pantry and the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation Food Pantry.
“We want to thank everyone who has supported Vivian’s Gift Shop at the hospital to make our donations possible,” a spokesman for the volunteers said.
Anyone interested in volunteering, may stop by the hospital to fill out an application.
