Berkeley Apartments on Chandler Drive is for sale, according to the Web site homesandland.com. There was no asking price for the apartment complex.

The property has 99 units, according to the Web site.

L&L Realty is identified as the listing agent on the site. A call to the real estate company Saturday wasn’t returned.
