Lenore Kirk Berry, 50, of 184 Peachoid Road, wife of Donald Berry, passed away Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, at 8:55 p.m. at Spartanburg Regional Hospice.

Daughter of Bill Kirk of Maryville, Tenn., and the late Elaine Rindhart, she was born on Oct. 11, 1959, in Chicago, Ill. She was a member of Living Word Tabernacle Church in Gastonia, N.C., and was last employed at Dreams Dominion.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by two sons, Billy Dean Berry of Oklahoma and Jeremiah Dean Berry of Gaffney; two daughters, Donna Kay Lowe (Thad) of Lincolnton, N.C., and Christine Diane Brandon (Daniel) of Oklahoma; four brothers, Bill Kirk of Chicago, Ill., Dale Kirk (Joane) of Christian Lake, Ill., John Kirk and Roder Kirk (Rebecca), both of Maryville, Tenn.; a sister, Barbara Kirk of Harvard, Ill.; step-father, Robert Schwemm of Gaffney; step-mother, Edna Kirk of Maryville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 7, at 7 p.m. at Living Word Tabernacle Church, 4432 Kings Mountain Hwy. Bessemer City, N.C., with Brother Tim Humes officiating. Body will be placed in the church at 6 p.m.

Visitation will be Thursday and Friday at Foster Funeral Home.
