BLACKSBURG – Randy Lee Watkins Sr., 45, of 135 Hughey Lake Road, husband of Vickie Hoey Watkins, passed away Monday, Aug. 2, 2010, at Upstate Carolina Medical Center, Gaffney.

Son of the late L.D. Ross and the late Maggie Norris Ross, he was born on June 29, 1965, in Gaffney. He was a member of Youngs Grove Baptist Church and was retired from Watts Fence Installation of Blacksburg.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Mary Lee Byers, Randy Lee Watkins Jr., both of Gaffney, Jacquelyn Watkins of Spartanburg and Shavonna Watkins of Union; two brothers, Lawrence Watkins and Dennis Watkins, both of Gaffney; two grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family is at the home of his sister-in-law, Denise Glymph, 100 Hampton Ave., Gaffney.
