Jason Lawrence Panther and Rebecca Dawn Robbs Carl Raymond Robbs and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Benny Cantrell announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Dawn, to Jason Lawrence Panther, both of Gaffney. Jason is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Panther of Blacksburg.

Ms. Robbs is the granddaughter of Vivian Lemmons Ramsey, Herbert Wilks Robbs, the late Jack Hilton Ramsey and the late Carolyn Whitesell Robbs. After graduating from Gaffney High School in 2000, the bride-elect graduated from Gaston College in Dallas, N.C, with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Medicine. She is a Veterinary Technician with Piedmont Animal Hospital in Gaffney.

Mr. Panther is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Bridges and the late Mr. and Mrs. Archie Panther. A graduate of Blacksburg High School, he is employed by PMC in Gaffney.

A family wedding is planned for September 25 at Grassy Pond Baptist Church.
