Police seek hit-and-run driver

(Ledger photo / TIM GULLA) A Gaffney woman walking on Overbrook Drive had to be treated by paramedics and Gaffney firefighters after she was clipped by a car Tuesday morning.

The woman suffered an injury to her arm that was treated at the scene.

The Gaffney Police Department is investigating the incident as a hit-and-run, since the driver of the vehicle did not stop.

A police report was not immediately available.

The incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday near the Smith Street intersection.
