ANDREW MOTTS Andrew Motts of Pacolet has been accepted to the South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM). He joins 68 other students representing 24 S.C. counties as the class of 2012.

Motts is the son of M.B. and Elsa Motts.

GSSM is a public, residential high school for academically talented and motivated juniors and seniors.

In 2010, GSSM led Palmetto State high schools with the largest number of National Merit Semifinalists.
