GARAGE DESTROYED

An April 12 afternoon fire on Ballenger Road destroyed a four-vehicle garage in a matter of just a few minutes. Corinth Volunteer Fire Department was assisted at the scene by DMW and Goucher- White Plains fire departments. No injuries were reported and there were no vehicles in the garage when the fire broke out. The first-arriving emergency personnel reported the fire was contained to just a small portion of the building but the flames quickly traveled along the roofline. The entire roof collapsed quickly. The cause of the fire wasn’t immediately available. //
