The Gaffney Indians will tip off their basketball season on Monday, Nov. 27, against York.

The Indians will play nine non-region games and eight region games this season, as well as a couple of tournaments.

The Indians will participate in the Farm Bureau Insurance Classic at Dorman on Dec. 28-30 and the Greer FCA Christmas Tournament on Dec. 21-23.

The Indians are coming off an appearance in the upper state championship game and return most of their front line, including 6-8 Charleston Southern commit Sadarius Bowser and 6-3 Ladarius Foster.

Gaffney also has some firepower on the outside with the return of all-region swing forward Bradley Childers.

The Indians will begin their region slate on Jan. 12, at Byrnes before home games with Boiling Springs on Jan. 16 and Spartanburg on Jan. 19.

A rematch of the upper state championship game will take place on Jan. 23 at Dorman.

The Indians will open the second half of their region schedule on Jan. 30 at the newly-named Coach Huff Court against the Rebels.

Gaffney closes out the regular season at Boiling Springs on Feb. 2 and at Spartanburg on Feb. 6 before the regular-season finale at home against the Cavaliers.
