Gladius performing at Blacksburg Library

Free concert and lunch Tuesday, Feb. 13

On Tuesday, February 13, from 12:15-1 p.m. singer-songwriter and flamenco guitarist, "Gladius" aka Andrew Connors will perform at The Blacksburg Public Library for the Music Sandwiched-In series.

The concert is free and a bag lunch will be served.

Inspired by the great composers and Spanish guitar maestros, this musical mad scientist fuses the elements into a refreshing formula—evoking the Spanish spirit, yet distinctly unorthodox, mixing influences ranging from classical rock and beyond.

In an era where expertise and originality are often overlooked in lieu of fleeting flash and flare, Gladius defines innovation as a composer and mastery as an instrumentalist—perpetually pushing the boundaries of his Baroque-Ethnic-Metal fusion on both the classical and electric guitar.

Please help the library welcome this virtuoso artist.
