Cherokee County resident Josh Phillips takes a bite of some popcorn Tuesday during the grand opening of Founders Federal Credit Union's branch on Hyatt Street. It is the credit union's eighth location in the Upstate, joining others in Spartanburg and Laurens. According to Founders Region Three Vice President Lloyd Vail, it was an opportunity the organization could not refuse.  |
