CHLOE MADISON RICHARDS will celebrate her 8th birthday today, December 24, 2008. She is the daughter of Billy and Paula Richards of Gaffney, and has three brothers, Casey, Colby, and Caden. Maternal grandparents are Alan and Kathy Cooper, and Elam and Susan Scruggs, all of Boiling Springs, N.C. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Cathy Richards of Gaffney. Maternal great-grandparents are John and Rachel Phillips, and Maida Scruggs, all of Boiling Springs, N.C., and the late Horace Scruggs. Paternal great-grandparents are JoAnn Bailey and Dot Blanton of Gaffney, Johnny Richards of Florida, and the late Bob Beattie.
