Bett Kaydan Brumley, daughter of Steve and Lisa Brumley of Gaffney, celebrated her 2nd birthday on March 29. Her maternal grandparents are Wayne and Brenda Ruppe of Gaffney and the late Betty Williams Ruppe. Her paternal grandparents are Maxine Brumley of Richmond, Ind., and the late Russell Brumley. Bett is the great-granddaughter of Floyd and Margaret Oakes of Gaffney. She has two sisters, Jennifer and Kimberly, both of Spartanburg.  |
