AMBER DAWNE RUPPE, daughter of Kandi and Jack Garrett and Garry and Cricket Ruppe, all of Gaffney, celebrated her 11th birthday on Aug. 9. Maternal grandparents are Butch and Donna Carver and Wayne and Wilma Ruppe. Maternal great-grandparents are Red Carver of Gaffney, the late Mildred Carver, the late Charlotte Little and the late George Little.
