ROBERT WILLIAM PHILLIPS JR. was 6 years old Nov. 27. He is the son of Robert and Lisa Phillips of Gaffney. Maternal grandparents are Conrad and Shelba Barnhill of Gaffney. Paternal grandparents are Mary H. Phillips of Gaffney and the late Jack R. Phillips. He is a student at Limestone-Central Elementary in the Montessori kindergarten.  |
