Blacksburg hoop standout to play in all-star game

Blacksburg’s TyTy Tate will be amongst some talented company this weekend. Tate, who was named to the Class 2A all-state basketball team after averaging 19.3 points, 4 assists and 5.2 steals a game, has been selected to play in Saturday’s South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association North-South All-Star Basketball Game at Brookland-Cayce High School in Columbia.
