Former 911 operator arrested for providing motorcycle club with NCIC informationFree Access

A former Cherokee County E911 operator was arrested March 18 by SLED agents for giving information from a national crime database to a motorcycle club. 

Leslie Renee Stanford, 31, is charged with Public Official Use or Disclosure of Confidential Information, Unlawfully Examine Public Records for Gain.

An investigation by SLED found Stanford accessed and gave out information from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) to members of the Black Jacks Motorcycle Club between May 2, 2021, through November 5, 2021, according to a news release. 

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
