Frances La Rue




Frances Ida Coyle Bramlett La Rue, 92, formerly of 408 Forest Lane, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at White Oak Manor.

Born in Spartanburg, County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas C. Coyle and Lala Biggerstaff Coyle and widow of Morgan S. Bramlett and Lash La Rue. She was a homemaker and an interior decorator. She was a former member of the Homebuilders Association, the Gladiola Society and a lifetime member of the Gaffney Garden Club. Mrs. La Rue was a member of Limestone Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Frances Ann Bramlett Byers and husband, Kenneth M. Byers, of Gaffney; and two brothers, Thomas Alton Coyle and wife, El, of Spokane, Wash., and Oliver E. Coyle Sr. and wife, Marie, of Gaffney.

Mrs. La Rue was preceded in death by a sister, Dale Coyle Herrin.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 12 p.m. at Frederick Memorial Gardens with the Revs. Chris Herrin and Ron Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
