Improvement shown in end-of-course English and history exams

Cherokee County high school students had their highest passing rates on the English end-of-course exams in seven years. State test data showed English passage rates increased by 8.8 points to 76.9 percent. Statewide, the average score on English I end-of-course increased from 71.4 percent to 74.4 percent.
