Man gets 10 years after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter





Ricky Eugene Garrison of Blacksburg pleaded guilty Wednesday in connection with the slaying of 33- year-old Sherman Tate. Circuit Court Judge Mark Hayes sentenced Garrison to 10 years in prison after Garrison entered a guilty plea to the charge of voluntary manslaughter.
